Ruth is a beautiful person, inside and out; very “switched on”, very “woke”, very gifted, very in tune with Mother Nature.  I appreciated how, in all the years of treatment, she never uttered negative words. She was always full of love, joy and peace and it poured out into her massage treatments. Only thought-provoking, interesting and uplifting things passed her lips as she worked on my body, tuning it up, allowing it to be healthy.  When I left her treatments, I invariably felt renewed, uplifted and energized.
